Emre has spent more than three decades building correctional healthcare programs that counties and states can rely on. He leads CBH Medical on a simple principle: a facility should always be able to reach the person in charge. He stays close to every partner, bridges the gap between correctional administrators and public health agencies, and negotiates the hospital, specialist, lab and pharmacy relationships that make each program work.
